We've been serving Monarch Centre since 1998 and we want to be a part of your fitness solution.
We're conveniently located on the ground level of the Monarch Tower, and feature full fitness programming and services designed to enhance your well-being. Stop by and tour our facilities anytime.

Monarch Athletic Club offers its members a wide array of health and wellness services. Whether you are looking to improve your workouts, your lifestyle, your state-of-mind or all of the above, we offer the following services to complement your fitness goals:
Personal Training

Group Fitness classes
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes. From boot camp style classes to yoga, there's something for everyone!
Class Descriptions:
Above the Belt:
Challenge all upper body muscle groups for an intense 20 minutes, with exercises sure to increase strength and muscular endurance.
BEAST:
A class designed to bring out your inner athlete by working strength training, explosive sport specific movements, and core strength.
Butts-N-Guts:
Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this express toning class. Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance.
Cycle Core:
A high intensity hybrid cycling class that involves interval training using varying resistance and speeds, with a core busting twist.
Get On Track
Get on Track:
Regardless if you have been running for years, or are just starting out, this 30-min class is the perfect way to get you moving. Run, walk, or jog your way through this cardio-based treadmill class. Whatever you choose to do, just get on track!
Morning Ride:
A great way to get your morning started with a cardio-based cycling class.
Rip-n-Ride:
Improve your cardiovascular condition, increase muscle tone and have fun in this heart racing cycling class mixed with free-weight toning exercises.
Tabata Express
This is a 30-minute express class. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole body workout.
The Low Down
An all lower body 20 min segment that is designed to challenge muscles groups such as the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Yoga:
A class for individuals looking for a way to reduce tension and increase flexibility.
